Talked with the owner online to discuss the damage to my engagement ring ( I had somehow managed to knock an entire prong off!), Mr McGivern was very helpful and was able to give me an estimate based on the worst-case scenario. I mailed the ring to him via USPS with insurance and he was kind enough to email me with the details of the damage I had done ...
